I am keeping a check of our social media group posts on Facebook and Twitter. As producer I must ensure that marketing and press campaigns reflect the artistic vision for the show and that sales targets are being met by seeing the progress of our marketing team develop. I am making weekly calls to the Box Office to check sales of tickets. After rehearsals cast members are posting photos from our session. Posts like the one here from Oliver Samuals is nice teaser for a potential audience member.
