The activity plan has been put into action. Our company has a private Facebook group set up where we can all communicate effectively.
Our stage manager has organised spaces around the university campus for the company to rehearse in. As we have a limited amount of studio space to book being located at the university, at least we are able to use large classrooms. Our cast have in the past worked well at being versatile and adjusting to the spaces we have at our use.
Our company schedule shall involve regular focused rehearsals around deadlines for the marketing and tech team for their documents. As producer it is my job to oversee the company and ensure these targets are being met.
